Hey! I love your work. I was just wondering if you had any advice on two things. One: getting new photography software for digital editing. Two: The whole flickr thing, how you start, how to use, what is it. I'm totally and completely lost, and you seem like an expert. Advice for an armature?
My advice is Adobe Photoshop. It is pricey, so you may want to start out with Photoshop Elements. Works just the same.
Flickr is a photo sharing community, my site is www.flickr.com/photos/rebeccas_photography. Go to the site and set up an account. If you have an id for Yahoo it will use that if not you will need to set-up a new one. Then just set your account settings and away you go. I would start off with the free account first and then upgrade later. Join groups and post your work to the group pools as well as in the forums for opinions.
